How I Can Support You
The first two years with your baby are full of rapid change, new skills, and constant readjustment.
Whether you’re recovering from birth, finding your feet in the early weeks, or navigating naps, nights and big toddler transitions, I offer calm, evidence-aware support shaped by hands-on experience with over 170 families.
My approach is gentle, responsive and never judgemental. We start where you are and design realistic steps across sleep, feeds and daily rhythm—so you can feel settled, confident and connected in the way you parent

In-Home Daytime Support
Hands-on help in the afternoons and evenings — practical care, reassurance, and calm structure.
Available: 2pm–10pm
Minimum booking: 4 hours
📌 London
What daytime support can look like (0–24 months):
Newborn care, soothing, settling and confidence-building in the early weeks
Feeding support (breast/bottle/combination) and practical guidance
Gentle rhythm support: naps, wind-down, evenings and transitions
Sleep support for older babies and toddlers (typically from around 6 months, depending on readiness and your goals)
Light baby-related tasks (bottles, baby laundry, nursery resets)
If sleep is part of your goal, we’ll work in a guidance + hands-on way: I’ll support you in the moment and help you understand the “why”, so you can continue with confidence.
Overnight Support
Overnight care designed to protect parental rest — and, when needed, support sleep in a gentle, responsive way.
Night shift: 10 hours
Hours: 10pm–8am
Optional add-on: earlier hours can be added before 10pm at the day rate
📌 London
Overnights can support:
Newborn nights: responsive settling and feeding support, with a calm morning handover
Older babies/toddlers (up to 24 months): gentle sleep support, repeated wakes, false starts, difficult bedtimes, room transitions, return-to-work changes
A note on older babies: if your child isn’t used to another caregiver at night, we’ll introduce support thoughtfully — with your involvement — so it feels safe and coherent for them.
Premium Live-In Support
A more immersive option for families who want consistency and steadiness at home — either in the early weeks or during a tougher season in the first two years.
Live-in support is tailored and may include a mix of:
Day and night support as agreed
Feeding and sleep rhythm support
Environment/equipment/space tweaks
Simple systems that make home life smoother
Minimum duration: typically from 2 weeks
