How I Can Support You
The first two years with your baby bring constant change, and plenty of readjustment.
Whether you're recovering from birth, finding your feet in the early weeks, or navigating naps, nights and toddler transitions, I offer calm, evidence-based support shaped by hands-on experience with over 180 families.
My approach is gentle, responsive and never judgmental, starting from where you are and building realistic, manageable steps around sleep, feeds and daily rhythm.
Support is flexible and priced to be accessible, so getting help doesn't have to wait for the "right" moment, whether that's a single conversation or ongoing care.
How I work
Gentle & family-centered: we design from your values, context and capacity.
Whole-system, not hacks: sleep, feeds, rhythm and environment tuned together.
Clear steps, realistic timelines: plans you can actually live with.
Credentials
OCN Level 5 Maternity Nurse · OCN Level 6 Sleep Practitioner · 180+ families supported.
Consultations
Family-centred guidance that looks at sleep, feeding, and rhythm together, not as separate problems, but as parts of the same picture. Whether you're preparing during pregnancy, finding your feet in the early weeks, or need to readjust something that's stopped working, I'll help you make sense of what's happening, choose what matters most, and build clear, realistic steps you can actually follow.
Consultations are priced to be accessible, because sometimes all you need is reassurance and cost shouldn't be what stops you from asking. If your situation turns out to be more involved, we can simply continue with further sessions. Before we speak, feel free to share anything relevant about your situation, and I'll let you know what I think could help and how long that's likely to take

In-Home Daytime Support
Hands-on help in the afternoons and evenings including practical care, reassurance, and education.
Available: 2pm–10pm
Minimum booking: 4 hours
Available in London
What daytime support can look like (0–24 months):
Newborn care, soothing, settling and confidence-building in the early weeks
Feeding support (breast/bottle/combination) and practical guidance
Gentle rhythm support: naps, wind-down, evenings and transitions
Sleep support for older babies and toddlers (typically from around 6 months, depending on readiness and your goals)
Light baby-related tasks (bottles, baby laundry, nursery resets)
If sleep is part of your goal, we’ll work in a guidance + hands-on way: I’ll support you in the moment and help you understand the “why”, so you can continue with confidence.
Overnight Support
Overnight care designed to protect parental rest and, when needed, support sleep in a gentle, responsive way.
Night shift: 10 hours
Hours: 9pm-7am or 10pm–8am
Optional add-on: earlier hours can be added earlier in the shift.
Available in London
Overnights can support:
Newborns: responsive care, settling and feeding support
Older babies/toddlers (up to 24 months): gentle sleep support, repeated wakes, false starts, difficult bedtimes, room transitions, return-to-work changes
A note on older babies: if your child isn’t used to another caregiver at night, we’ll introduce support thoughtfully with your involvement so it feels safe and coherent for them.
