My approach is gentle, responsive and never judgemental. We start where you are and design realistic steps across sleep, feeds and daily rhythm—so you can feel settled, confident and connected in the way you parent

Consultation (60 minutes)

Make sense of what’s happening, choose priorities, and leave with clear first steps.
Includes: pre-form · 60-min call · summary email with 3 priorities + first steps · 7-day check-in.

Consultation + Follow-Up (60 minutes + support)

For gentle changes that need time to bed in.
Includes: everything in Consultation + 14 days weekday WhatsApp/email support (responses within 24h) + 15-min wrap call.

Premium Services


Maternity Nursing — Nights & Live-In

Hands-on, holistic support to steady feeds, sleep and daily rhythm, protect parental rest, and set up practical systems at home.

Start when it suits you: at birth or any time in the fourth trimester (you don’t need to start day one).

Nights (London, 10–12 hrs): overnight settling and feed support; morning handover + mini plan.

Live-In (UK & Europe, EN/FR): move-in support with day & night care as agreed; equipment/space tweaks; daily notes + tailored Home Plan; 2-week post-stay messaging + wrap call.

Durations (live-in): From 2 weeks to up to 4 months

Rest & breaks (live-in): 4 consecutive daytime hours of protected rest daily + two short meal/shower breaks. For stays >2 weeks, 1 day off per 7 (or two half-days) scheduled in advance.

Logistics: own room/bed; travel at cost; reasonable expenses.

Sleep Intervention (Home Reset) — Live-In

A focused in-home reset when you want practical, gentle changes with you.

Good for: hard evenings; frequent wakes; false starts; only contact naps; sibling room-share; nursery/return-to-work transitions, babies from 4-24 months.

Format: From 7 nights to up to 2 weeks. Bedtime coaching; days refining naps/feeds/environment; nights supported (in-room or on-call).

Deliverables: Home Reset Plan · daily tweaks · 2 weeks weekday support + wrap call.
Age note: available from 4 months (adjusted age).
Stance: responsive settling; age-appropriate rhythms; feeding protected; no CIO/timed intervals.
