Reflections
The thinking that shapes my support.
Reflections are writings on the “why” and the “whole picture”. You’ll find pieces on early years care, the culture of optimisation, and how sleep, feeding and regulation influence one another in real life.

Clarity Over Noise: A Compass for New Parents

This article explores why “child-led” can quietly become too much responsibility for a child — and how child-centred, parent-led care builds trust, interdependence, and real agency over time.
