Pricing

Pricing at La Câlinerie is simple and transparent. Consultations are a fixed fee, and live-in work is priced per 24 hours (with a minimum of 7 consecutive nights). Nights in London are billed per night. These founder rates reflect my qualifications (OCN L5 Maternity Nurse, OCN L6 Sleep Practitioner) and a gentle, evidence-aware approach—so you know exactly what you’re investing in before we begin.

Consultations

Consultation (60 minutes) - £150
Pre-form → 60-min call → summary email with 3 priorities + first steps → 7-day check-in.

Consultation + Follow-Up (60 minutes + support) - £240
As above + 7 days weekday WhatsApp/email support (responses within 24h).

Consultation + 2-Week Follow-Up (recommended) - £320
As above + 14 days weekday support + 15-min wrap call.

Returning clients

• Additional consultation (45–60 min) — £95

• Extra support week (messages only) — £80

Premium

Maternity Nursing & Sleep Intervention

• Nights (London, 10–12 hrs) — from £230 / night (+£40 twins)

• Live-In (UK & Europe, per 24 hours) — minimum 7 consecutive nights

  • Fixed week (7 consecutive days): from £300 / 24h

  • Extended (weeks 3–12): from £285 / 24h

  • Long residency (to ~3–4 months): bespoke
